Opinion OF THE COURT Defendant Henry A. Molt appeals from sentences imposed following his conviction under 18 U.S.C. Γ§ 371 (1976) of conspiring to violate 18 U.S.C. Γ§ 545 (1976), and under 18 U.S.C. Γ§ 545 of knowingly importing merchandise, i. e. reptiles indigenous to Fiji, contrary to the Tariff Act of 1930, 19 U.S.C. Γ§ 1481 et seq. (1976). We affirm the section 545 conviction, but reverse the section 371 conviction. FACTS
